Chef'S Salad

  1. In large bowl, tear lettuce and romaine into bite-sizes.
  2. Save a few strips of meat and cheese.
  3. Toss rest of meat and cheese, onions, celery and anchovies with lettuce.
  4. Blend mayonnaise and French dressing.
  5. Pour over salad and toss.
  6. Garnish with reserved meat and cheese strips, olives, egg slices and tomato wedges. Makes approximately 4 servings.
