Chicken Jhat Pat
- 16 pieces Whole Chicken
- 4 slice Medium Onion
- 2 pieces Small Cardamom
- 2 sticks Cinnamon
- 2 pieces Cloves
- 1 teaspoon Garlic paste / powder
- 1 teaspoon Ginger paste / powder
- 1 tablespoon Red chili powder
- 1/5 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/5 cup Oil
- 2 cup water
- First add oil in the pan with sliced onion, cardamom, cinnamon and cloves and stir til the onion changes color
- Then add chicken, ginger paste and garlic paste and stir until chicken turns white
- After that add red chili powder, turmeric powder and salt mix well, add water and cover the lid and leave for 20 min on medium heat on stove
- At last after 20 min lift the lid, turn the heat high and stir continuously wait until the water dries and chicken jhat pat is ready.
