Asian Beef And Vegetables

  1. Marinate beef in teriyaki sauce and 2 T fresh ginger. Grill meat so that it is still somewhat red in the middle (med rare), save marinade. While that is cooking, cook noodles in boiling water. Heat oil in skillet and add onions, peppers, garlic, and ginger. When browned, add mushrooms. When this is browned,add reserved marinade, let this simmer a few minutes. Add broccoli, 2 T soy sauce and rice vinegar, stirring it all together over heat. Slice meat and add to vegetables, stir together. Pour 2 T soy sauce over drained noodles. Serve beef and vegetables over noodles.
