Hot Tomme Cheese Salad With Honey

  1. prepare the salad with equal parts mesclun greens and arugula.
  2. mix a table spoon of honey with a tablespoon of olive. microwave for 20 sec to heat.
  3. heat skillet to very hot temperature. melt tablespoon of butter and quickly grill each side of the cheese till crispy. i put salt and pepper on each side as it grills. getting the heat and timing is tricky. you want it crispy on both sides before the cheese melts all over the pan.
  4. quickly place the cheese on the salad and drizzle with the hot honey dressy.
  5. et voila

mixed greens, arugula, french brie, butter, olive oil, honey, salt, pepper
