Wrestler'S Grape Nut Pudding
- 4 cups Grape Nuts cereal
- Milk or soy milk
- 2 cups Dried fruit of your choice (Dried figs are my favorite)
- Sugar or no-calorie sweetener, to taste.
- Spices, Chopped nuts, ect. (optional, to taste)
- put the Grape Nuts in a plastic bowl with a sealable lid (like glad or tupperware). Rougly chop the dried fruit, then mix it into the cereal. pour the sugar or sweetener on top. DO NOT MIX! pour over enough milk to just barely cover the cereal. cover tightly, then put in the refridgerator for at least 4 hours. when ready to eat, either turn out onto a plate or scoop straight from the bowl. alternatively, you can repeat the mixing and milking procedure in a microwave-safe bowl, then microwave it until hot all the way through. In this case, refridgeration is not necessary; serve it hot for breakfast or dessert.
