Mock Tom Toddy

  1. For batter: Mix everything together thoroughly (keep in a sealed container in the fridge until you want a toddy).
  2. For the drink: In a small sauce pan, beat together the batter and egg until the egg is light and fluffy (and there are no egg whites visible). Add in the milk, and water and blend together. Place the pan on low/medium-low heat and continuously beat together until the mixture becomes creamy, and slightly thickened. Remove from heat, and strain through a sieve into a pre-warmed mug (just in case there are bits of egg). Add the liquor, and mix before adding garnishes. Enjoy.
