Baked Salmon Packets

  1. Place each salmon filet into a large foil square (to create individual "packets")
  2. sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  3. Put long shavings of fresh ginger and long slivers of green onion over each filet.
  4. Pour a splash of white wine into each packet.
  5. Fold the foil in on each side, then up on the long sides and pinch together tightly, making sure all sides are closed tightly on each packet.
  6. Place the packets on a cookie sheet and bake at 425 degrees for about 25 minutes. The salmon steams inside the packet to perfection! Remove salmon from packet when done and simply throw the foil away. Easy clean up!
