Mom'S Honey Wheat Bread
- 1.5 cups water
- 1 cup cream style cottage cheese
- .25 cup honey
- .25 cup butter
- 5.5-6 cups bread flour
- 1 cup WW flour
- .25 each bran & flax
- 2 tabs sugar
- 3 tsp salt or to taste
- 2 pkg dry yeast
- 1 egg
- Heat fi4st 4 ingredients to120 degees
- Combine liquid mix with 2 cups of the bread flour and remaining ingredients into bowl of mixer
- Beat 2 minutes at medium speed
- Slowly add in rest of flour using kneading hook when needed
- Knead by hand 2 minutes
- Place in a greased large bowl to rise until doubled about one hour
- Punch down let rest a couple minutes
- Divide in 2
- Roll dough slightly to get out air pockets
- Roll dough tightly making a loaf shape
- Place into greased bread pan
- Let rise in panto about double
- Bake 350 for about 45 minutes
