Mom'S Honey Wheat Bread

  1. Heat fi4st 4 ingredients to120 degees
  2. Combine liquid mix with 2 cups of the bread flour and remaining ingredients into bowl of mixer
  3. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed
  4. Slowly add in rest of flour using kneading hook when needed
  5. Knead by hand 2 minutes
  6. Place in a greased large bowl to rise until doubled about one hour
  7. Punch down let rest a couple minutes
  8. Divide in 2
  9. Roll dough slightly to get out air pockets
  10. Roll dough tightly making a loaf shape
  11. Place into greased bread pan
  12. Let rise in panto about double
  13. Bake 350 for about 45 minutes
