Spicy Italian Red Beans And Rice

  1. 1. Brown sausage in a large skillet over medium-high heat, breaking up chunks. Drain off Fat.
  2. 2. Add onion, green and red pepper and garlic. Cook 8 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
  3. 3. Stir in beans, soup and salsa. Reduce heat to low and simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until hot and flavors have blended.
  4. 4. Spoon over rice. Top with Scallions.
