Harira Soup From Dubai

  1. Heat and stir meat, turmeric, pepper, cinnamon, ginger, cayenne, butter, celery, onion, coriander.
  2. Add tomatoes without juice, water/stock, lentils; boil and reduce to simmer for 2 hours.
  3. Add beans and noodles and cook for 10 mins; add flour mixed with tomato juice and cook for 5 mins.
