Macaroni And Cheese

  1. 1. Use 1 tbs butter to grease 9" round or square pan
  2. 2. Preheat oven to 375 degrees and position rack in upper third of oven
  3. 3. Puree cottage cheese and spices in blender. Once finely pureed, add milk to blend. Reserve 1/4 cup grated cheese for topping
  4. 4. In a large bowl combine remaining cheese, Blended mixture and uncooked pasta. Pour into prepared pan, cover tightly with foil and bake for 30 mins.
  5. 5. Uncover pan, stir gently, sprinkle reserved cheese and dot remaining tbs butter onto surface
  6. 6. Bake uncovered in oven for additional 30 minutes until browned.
  7. 7. Let cool for 15 mins before serving.
