Chicken Parmesan
- 32 oz of tomato sauce
- 4 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic salt or to taste
- 1 1/3 cp of crumbs
- 2 cp grated parmesan cheese
- 4 tsp dried parsley flakes
- 8 lg boneless chicken breast halves
- 4 beaten egg
- 2 cp shredded Mozzarella
- Butter bottom of 13 x 9 baking dish.
- Mix tomato sauce, garlic and Italian seasonings.
- Set sauce aside.
- Mix crumbs, 1/4 cp parmesan &
- parsley flakes.
- Dip chicken in crumble mixture, egg, then crumble mixture again.
- Place in baking dish.
- Cover with foil.
- Pour tomato sauce over chicken.
- Sprinkle Mozzarella over chicken.
- Sprinkle Parmesan on top.
- Bake in 350 deg. oven 20 to 30 minutes until required temperature is reached.
