Quick Cinnamon Rolls
- 2 c. sifted flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1 1/8 tsp. dry yeast
- 2 Tbsp. warm water
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 egg
- 3 Tbsp. margarine, melted
- 1/2 c. cinnamon-sugar mixture
- Combine flour, salt and sugar in mixing bowl.
- Cut in margarine.
- Dissolve yeast in warm water.
- Beat egg.
- Add milk and yeast to water mixture.
- Add egg/milk/yeast mixture to flour mixture and beat well.
- Cover.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- Roll dough in rectangular shape to 1/2-inch thickness on floured board. Brush with melted margarine and sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- Roll up dough along long edge.
- Cut with thread into 1-inch thick slices.
- Place in greased pan.
- Bake at 375u0b0 for 15 minutes.
