Spicy Thai Sesame Beef Salad

  1. Combine marinade ingredients and marinate beef at room temperature for 30-60 min.
  2. Combine dressing ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth (or use an immersion blender)
  3. Heat skillet
  4. Add 1 tbsp sesame oil
  5. Sear/brown beef in batches, leaving enough space between pieces to allow liquid to evaporate.
  6. Prepare salad:
  7. Plate salad ingredients (artfully ;-))
  8. Drizzle lightly with dressing
  9. Top with beef
  10. Drizzle beef with dressing
  11. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
