Easy Rosemary Cumen Chicken
- Yeild: 4 pieces ( double recipe for 8)
- 4 boneless,skinless chicken breats
- 3/4 cup italian salad dressing
- 3 tbps yellow mustard (4 swirls)
- 4 tsp cumen
- 1 1/2 tbsp rosemary (dried)
- 5 tsp lemon juice
- franks red hot if desired
- Easy, easy, easy..
- 1.)mix italian dressing and mustard in a bowl until uniform.
- 2.)add cumen to mix until blended
- 3.)add lemon juice
- 4.)grind rosemary in your hand until it's broken up and dump it in
- Place the chicken breasts on the BBQ on MED/LOW heat (very important for the chicken to stay juicy)
- place 4/5 deep slits in the chicken right when you put them on and baste them fully. flip them over, slit again and baste!!!
- try to flip them every4 mins or so basting every time you flip and after about 16-20 mins they will be DONE!!
- serve with Greens, Salad, Rice, BBQ veggies, or whatever you like!!!
- got tired of all these complicated BBq sauce recipies so I though i'd throw one up that's easy and simple and costs no$$$!!
