Chicken Wings Teriyaki(Barbecue)
- 1/4 c. white wine (white sherry Muscatel)
- 1 c. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. brown or white sugar
- 1 tsp. grated ginger
- 1 clove chopped garlic or dash of garlic powder
- 1 tsp. barbecue seasoning/hot sauce/black pepper, etc.
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch, diluted in water
- 10 wings, halved (tips removed)
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 5 Tbsp. white sugar
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp. sesame seed oil
- 2 shallots or 4 green onions, minced
- To prepare Teriyaki Sauce, combine all ingredients in saucepan and heat.
- Simmer until cornstarch is cooked.
- Watch and stir constantly.
- Add 1/4 cup white wine after sauce has cooled. Set aside.
