Barbecue-Sauce Kabobs

  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. In a bowl, combine catsup, brown sugar, lemon juice, vinegar and Worcestershire sauce.
  3. Brush zucchini pieces lightly with cooking oil.
  4. On 4 long skewers, alternately thread beef, potatoes and zucchini.
  5. Brush with catsup mixture. Broil the kabobs 4 to 5-inches from heat for about 20 minutes. Turn once and brush occasionally with sauce.
  6. Serve kabobs on rice.
  7. (Can be cooked on grill.)
  8. Makes 4 servings.
