Mini Turkey Meat Loaves

  1. Spray muffin pan with Pam
  2. Heat oven to 400 degrees
  3. Put turkey and egg in a bowl
  4. Puree; carrots, broc (or spinach), mushrooms, tomatoes and onions and garlic in food processor.
  5. Add puree to turkey
  6. Blend spices with oil and add to turkey
  7. Mix with your hands - it will be super gooey!
  8. Scoop into muffin pan
  9. Squirt each with ketchup
  10. Cover and chill for at least an hour - up to 6 hours.
  11. Put uncovered pan into hated oven
  12. Decrease temp to 375
  13. Bake for 40-50 min, until sides are getting dark
  14. Serving size is 3 mini meatloaves.
