Brent'S Polish Sausage And Sauerkraut

  1. - Peel potatoes.
  2. - Boil potatoes in large pot for 15 minutes or until tender.
  3. - Drain potatoes and leave in pot.
  4. - Cut slices of apples and onion.
  5. - Melt half a stick of margarine in a pan.
  6. - Place sauerkraut, apples, and onions in buttered pan.
  7. - Add brown sugar on top.
  8. - Mix everything and sautee until sauerkraut is browned and onions clear.
  9. - When about halfway done, melt the other half of the margarine stick into the sauerkraut mix.
  10. - Cut kielbasa sausages into small slices.
  11. - Brown kielbasa slices while sauerkraut mix is sauteeing.
  12. - Once sauerkraut mix and kielbasa slices are done, mix them all in the pot with the potatoes.
  13. - Continue cooking entire mix on medium for about 5-10 minutes and mix everything together.
