Beef Stroganoff

  1. Combine flour, salt and pepper.
  2. Trim fat from meat; rub with garlic.
  3. Cut into bite size pieces.
  4. Pound flour mixture into both sides of meat.
  5. Add onion and brown.
  6. Add water and undiluted chicken/rice soup.
  7. Cook uncovered over low heat for an hour or so.
  8. Before serving, add mushrooms, mushroom soup (undiluted), parsley and about 1 cup sour cream.
  9. Careful not to boil.
  10. Serve over rice or noodles.
