Green Bean Casserole
- 2 t butter
- 1/3 c diced onion
- 1/3 c dice artichoke hearts
- 1 c copped crimini mushroom
- 3 cloves chopped garlic
- 1 Cup sliced crimini mushroom
- 1 Bunch blanched haricot vert
- 1/3 c cream sherry
- 1 c +/- heavy cream 36% or more
- 1/2 c graded Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup corn starch
- s p
- Melt
- 2 t butter over med hi heat
- Add:
- 1/3 c diced onion
- 1/3 c diced pepper
- Saute until onion translucent
- Add:
- 1/3 c dice artichoke hearts
- 1 c copped crimini mushroom
- 3 cloves chopped garlic
- 1 Cup sliced crimini mushroom
- and Saute
- Add:
- 1 Bunch blanched haricot vert
- and Saute
- Add:
- 1/3 c cream sherry
- 1 c +/- heavy cream 36% or more
- As it start to simmer but before to comes to a boil
- add
- 1/2 c graded Parmesan cheese, incorporate
- add:
- 1/4 cup corn starch slurry, Incorporate
- Add
- 1 t pepper 1 t salt to taste
- Place oven proof dish top w/ parm and bread crumbs
- Bake 400 for 10 min
