Green Bean Casserole

  1. Melt
  2. 2 t butter over med hi heat
  3. Add:
  4. 1/3 c diced onion
  5. 1/3 c diced pepper
  6. Saute until onion translucent
  7. Add:
  8. 1/3 c dice artichoke hearts
  9. 1 c copped crimini mushroom
  10. 3 cloves chopped garlic
  11. 1 Cup sliced crimini mushroom
  12. and Saute
  13. Add:
  14. 1 Bunch blanched haricot vert
  15. and Saute
  16. Add:
  17. 1/3 c cream sherry
  18. 1 c +/- heavy cream 36% or more
  19. As it start to simmer but before to comes to a boil
  20. add
  21. 1/2 c graded Parmesan cheese, incorporate
  22. add:
  23. 1/4 cup corn starch slurry, Incorporate
  24. Add
  25. 1 t pepper 1 t salt to taste
  26. Place oven proof dish top w/ parm and bread crumbs
  27. Bake 400 for 10 min
