Brunswick Chicken

  1. shake chicken in mix of flour and salald dressing mix in paper bag to coat well.
  2. brown a few pieces at a time in shortening in large frying pan-arrange in 12-cup baking dish
  3. saute onion in same frying pan
  4. blend in any remaining seasoned flour, and sugar; stir in tomatoes
  5. heat to boiling, stirring constantly
  6. spoon corn and lima beans around chicken in baking dish
  7. pour tomatoes over all
  8. cover with lid or foil
  9. chill
  10. remove from fridge-let stand at room temp 30 minutes before baking
  11. bake at 350 1 1/4 hours or until chicken is tender
