Jumbos
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/3 c. milk
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 2 medium sliced onions
- 2 Tbsp. poultry seasoning (less, if desired)
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 2 slices day old bread
- 1 Tbsp. shortening
- 1 can Cheddar cheese soup
- Mix eggs, mushroom soup, milk, pepper and poultry seasoning together.
- Tear bread into tiny crumbs and add to first mixture. Add lean ground beef; blend well.
- Melt shortening in skillet. Spread mixture in pan.
- Separate sliced onion rings and spread over mixture.
- Cover and cook 20 minutes over medium heat.
- Stir Cheddar cheese soup, undiluted, and spoon over meat and onions; cover and heat through, about 5 minutes.
- Cut into wedges and serve.
- Delicious served with fried rice.
