Ramen Tuna Salad

  1. 1. Pour hot water to both cups of ramen noodles and let sit for about 3-5 minutes until cooked. Drain liquid and place in large bowl.
  2. 2. Add 2 cans of tuna.
  3. 3. Cut all vegetables; onion, tomato, pepper, etc.. and place in bowl.
  4. 4. Add seasonings; mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, pepper.
  5. 5. Toss salad making sure that lettuce and all ingredients are well coated.
  6. 6. Chill in the fridge for 30 mins. Ready to serve.
