Ramen Tuna Salad
- 2 cups of cup of ramen/ any flavor
- 2 cans white tuna
- 1 large tomato diced
- 1/4 onion diced
- 1 green pepper diced
- 1/2 head romaine lettuce
- 3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup cilantro leaves
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp green onion
- dash of salt and pepper to taste
- 1. Pour hot water to both cups of ramen noodles and let sit for about 3-5 minutes until cooked. Drain liquid and place in large bowl.
- 2. Add 2 cans of tuna.
- 3. Cut all vegetables; onion, tomato, pepper, etc.. and place in bowl.
- 4. Add seasonings; mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, pepper.
- 5. Toss salad making sure that lettuce and all ingredients are well coated.
- 6. Chill in the fridge for 30 mins. Ready to serve.
