Lemon Chicken Crunch

  1. 1. In a small saucepan mix soup, chicken broth, lemon juice and basil.
  2. 2. Remove 1/2 cup and pour into shallow bowl and set aside.
  3. 3. Mix crumbs and paprika on plate.
  4. 4. Dip chicken into 1/2 cup soup mixture.
  5. 5. coat with crumb mixture.
  6. 6. Place chicken on baking sheet.
  7. 7. Spray chicken with nonstick cooking spray.
  8. 8. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour or until chicken is no longer pink.
  9. 9. Heat remaining soup mixture.
  10. 10. Serve with chicken.
  11. 11. Granish with lemon slices.
