Bob'S Chicken Or Pork Divine

  1. Coat meat in mixture of flour, salt, pepper and ginger. Brown meat on both sides in hot oil in frying pan on medium heat. Arrange meat in 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
  2. Pour soup and water over meat.
  3. Sprinkle 1/2 can onions over meat.
  4. Bake in covered cake pan for 25 minutes at 325u0b0.
  5. Add remaining onions.
  6. Bake uncovered for 15 minutes at 350u0b0.
  7. Take out meat and place in another pan to keep in warm oven while preparing sauce.
