Three Cheese Mac With Wild Mushrooms

  1. Step 1: Saute over medium heat with 1/4 to 1/2 stick of butter all mushrooms, pepper, white wine. Saute until mushrooms are done for desired taste.
  2. (the more butter used, the richer the mushrooms)
  3. Step 2: Melt 1/2 butter in sauce pan on medium heat, throw in cheese, stir until melted. Cook pasta.
  4. Step 3: In bake pan mix pasta with cheese, salt/pepper for desired taste. On top layer the mushroom mix, on top of the this optional is a layer of gorgonzola. (Baking is optional) Preheat oven to 425 degrees
  5. Step 4: Bake for 10-15, until cheese is melted on top.
