Sunshine Fruit Bars(Low-Fat)

  1. Heat oven to 375u0b0.
  2. Spray a 13 x 9-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. Combine dry ingredients.
  4. Add juice, oil, egg product and vanilla.
  5. Mix well; stir in fruit.
  6. Spread into prepared pan.
  7. Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of oats.
  8. Bake 20 to 22 minutes or until lightly browned and edges pull away from sides of pan.
  9. Cool completely.
  10. Cut into bars.
