Kansas City Steak Strips

  1. Cut meat into even strips.
  2. Heat 1/2 the butter in a skillet. Add meat; saute over medium high heat until meat is brown and cooked to your liking.
  3. Do not overcook.
  4. Remove meat; keep warm. Add remaining butter to pan.
  5. Add green onions; saute over medium high heat for 4 to 5 minutes, until onions are soft but not brown. Remove.
  6. Add broth to pan; heat and scrape pan brownings.
  7. Add chili sauce.
  8. Add green beans to pan; heat for a few minutes.
  9. Add meat and green onions; stir to blend well.
  10. Cook over high heat for a few minutes, until mixture is hot.
  11. Add salt and pepper, if desired.
  12. Serve immediately.
