Easy Peach Cobler

  1. Filling
  2. melt butter and add flour, sugar and salt. mix well then add peaches and liquid. add extracts and heat through.
  3. Topping
  4. In a mixing bowl on low speed cream the sugar and butter. then add remaining ingredients and mix for about a minute. The batter should be about as thick as cake batter, add a little bit of milk or liquid if needed to thin it out
  5. Assembly
  6. Pour filling into 9 x 9 greased baking pan and place batter over the filling. Bake at 350 approx 1 hour until golden brown.
