Berries & Cream Crostini
- 1 french baguette, sliced in 3/4 inch slices
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted
- 1 (7 oz) package Arla Original Cream Cheese Spread
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups diced fresh mixed berries
- honey, for topping
- Heat broiler on oven. Arrange baguette slices on two large baking sheets inan even layer. Brush both sides with butter.
- Place an oven rack about 4 inches away from the broiler.
- Toast baguette slices until golden brown, about 2 minutes, depending on your oven. Flip crostini and toast the other side as well.
- Let cool on baking sheets.
- In a medium bowl, whip Arla Original Cream Cheese Spread, powdered sugar, cinnamon and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Generously spread cream cheese mixture on top of crostinis. Top with berries and drizzle with honey. Serve immediately.
