Pasta Salad(Quick And Easy)
- 1 bag or box rainbow rotini noodles
- 1 jar marinated artichoke hearts, chopped
- 1 small jar green olives, sliced
- 1 large can pitted black olives, sliced
- 1 small block Monterey Jack cheese, cubed
- 1/2 pack sliced pepperoni, sliced smaller, or 1 lb. crawfish tails
- fresh broccoli and cauliflower, cleaned and cut up (optional)
- 1 small bottle Italian dressing
- 1 small bottle creamy Parmesan or creamy Italian dressing
- 1 small container shredded Parmesan cheese
- Cajun seasoning
- Boil and drain noodles.
- Rinse with cold tap water to stop cooking process and prevent sticking.
- Slice and cube all ingredients.
- Mix everything (except noodles) and add both dressings, Cajun seasoning and grated cheese.
- Mix well.
- Add noodles and mix well again.
- Chill in fridge.
- Serve cold.
- Will keep for several days.
