Tomato Cheese Pie

  1. Pre-bake pie crust 10 to 15 minutes at 375u0b0.
  2. Prick bottom and sides with a fork to prevent shrinking.
  3. Combine first 6 ingredients and spoon into crust.
  4. Slice tomatoes into wedges and arrange over the filling in a tightly overlapping circular pattern.
  5. Sprinkle on the remaining ingredients.
  6. Bake at 325u0b0 for 20 minutes.
  7. Let stand 15 minutes before cutting.
