Melt In Your Mouth Brownie

  1. Brownies: Melt unsweetened chocolate and 3/4 cup butter or margarine in micro wave or in double boiler. Beat eggs and sugar until light and fluffy. Stir in flour, salt. Add to chocolate. Pour into grased 13 x9 inch pan and bake in a 350 degree oven 20-25 minutes. Bake less if you enjoy a chewy brownie.
  2. Middle layer
  3. Cream 1/4 cup butter or margerine until light and fluffy. Add icing sugar, milk and vanilla or flavor of choice,
  4. Beat well. Spred over cooled brownie . Refridgerate until firm.
  5. Icing
  6. Melt chocolare chips with 3 tablespoons butter or margerine. Spred over firm middle layer. Allow to set and cut into squares.
