Three Pepper, Artichoke & Feta Pizza

  1. Heat oil in a medium skillet over mediam high heat. Add bell pepper strips, saute 3 minutes. Add half of minced garlic, aute 2 minutes. Remove from heat; set aside.
  2. Place remaining garlic, mayonnaise, crushed red peppers, black pepper, and artichoke hearts in a food processor and process until finely chopped.
  3. Place pizza crust on a baking sheet. Spread artichoke mixture over pizza crust, leaving a 1/2 inch border; top with bell pepper mixture.
  4. Sprinkle with feta cheese and thyme.
  5. Bake at 450 F for 14 minutes or until crust is crisp.
