Herb Crushed Grilled Pork Chops

  1. Using a medium size mixing bowl, add water and Kosher Salt and mix until salt disolves. Place Chops in water and put in refrigerator for at least 30 mins to 1 hour to brine.
  2. Remove Chops from brine and pat dry. Coat both sides of Chops with EVOO. Mix all other ingredients together well and sprinkle to coat on both sides of chops. Press into meat.
  3. Heat grill to high and grill on both sides till desired doneness is reached. About 8 minutes per side. Remove from grill and let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
