Hot Artichoke Dip

  1. Preheat oven to 400F. Reserve 1 tablespoon of the cheese.
  2. Combine artichokes, cheeses, mayonnaise, garlic, lemon juice, and paprika in a food processor; pulse until smooth.
  3. Stir in shallots, salt and pepper.
  4. Spread the mixture into a sm/med shallow baking dish and sprinkle with reserved cheese. Bake until lightly browned and warmed through about 15-20 minutes. Serve warm with French bread slices.
