Nanette'S Chocolate Crinkle Cookies

  1. Melt chocolate
  2. Mix chocolate, sugar and oil
  3. Blend in eggs, one at a time until well mixed
  4. Cover with plastic wrap and chill several hours or overnight.
  5. Cover cookie sheet with parchment paper. If you don't have any, grease the cookie sheet. Put the confectionery sugar into another bowl.
  6. Take 1 tsp of dough and roll it into a ball. Drop the ball into the bowl with the confectionery sugar and roll it around.
  7. Place on the cookie sheet 2" apart.
  8. Cook in the oven at 350 for about 10-12 minutes until the cookies get crinkely.
  9. If you don't have time to make all the cookies at once, store the extra dough in the fridge.
