Brunswick Stew

  1. Cook pork and hen separately 325 degrees.
  2. Remove fat, skin, bones and cut into 2 in pieces
  3. Grind in food processor
  4. Combine ground meat, tomatoes, tom sauce, onion, gr pepper, vinegar and sugar in large Dutch oven
  5. combine water and flour stirring until flour dissolved
  6. stir into meat mixture
  7. stir in salt, pepper, turmeric and hot sauce.
  8. Cook and add water as necessary. Stir in corn and cook additional 10 minutes until corn tender
