  1. cover bottom of pot with olive oil and heat. Add onion cook slowly til golden brown. Add garlic. Continue saute til golden. Turn heat up and add meat, break apart and cook. Add tomato sauce, saute and lower heat. Let the tomato absorb some. Add Curry. Saute. Add ginger, saute. Add corriander, saute. If the meat looks too dry add water. Add chili powder, saute. Add salt, saute. Let the flavors blend and marry. Add 1 cup of water and the peas. Cook slowly. Keep warm til ready to eat.
