Chili

  1. In heavy, deep pan, heat oil and brown meat well. Drain excess fat. Add garlic, celery, onions, and saute 10 min. Add tomatoes, spices, seasonings, chili peppers, sugar and beans. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer 1-11/2 hours until desired thickness. Stir often to prevent sticking.
