Creamy Shrimp On Toast

  1. Drop shrimp into boiling water for 2-3 minutes (or until turns pink). Drain, cool and coursely chop. In food processor place all other ingredients except parsley and bread. Blend well. Remove to mixing bowl and fold in shrimp. Cut pita bread into pie shapes, brush with butter and toast. Let bread cool completely then top with creamy shrimp mixture. Top with chopped parsley and dust with paprika. Remaining mixture may be served in a bowl on the side with melba toast or crackers.
