Sourdough Coffee Cake

  1. Whisk dry ingredients together.
  2. Mix starter and sugar until combined, add oil until incorporated. Add eggs and vanilla, then sour cream. If using fruit or jam, stir into batter and then incorporate dry ingredients.
  3. Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes until skewer comes out clean.
