Grandpa Bill'S Chicken Cacciatore

  1. In a large dutch oven, brown chicken breasts in oil until they are no longer transparent. Remove from pan and saute mushrooms, bell pepper, onions and garlic until onions are tender and transparent. Place chicken breast back in pan and add tomato sauce, cherry pepper juice, pepper and oregano. Cook for 30 minutes over low heat. Mix corn starch with cold water and add mixture and stir until thickened. Serve over steamed rice.
