Citrus Mahi Mahi With Mango Salsa

  1. Combine first 9 ingredients in large baking dish. Place fish in the marinade cover and place in refrigerator for at least 2 hours but no more than 4 hours.
  2. While fish is marinating prepare Mango Salsa by combining
  3. all the next ingredients together and chill.
  4. remove fish from marinade making sure to remove the pieces of mashed garlic, shallots and cilantro from the fish as they will bur on the grill and impart a bitter flavor.
  5. Place filets on medium hot grill for approximately 5-7 minutes per side being careful not to over cook. Remove from grill onto serving plates or platter and top with mango salsa.
