Zesty Lemon Grilled Chicken
- 16 oz. bottle lemon juice
- 3 tbsp. garlic juice
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. coarse ground pepper
- 1 stick margerine
- 1/4 cup worschesteshire sauce
- 6 fresh chicken breasts
- Melt margerine in a medium saucepan over low heat. Add remaining ingredients except chicken, stirring to mix well. Remove from heat and let cool about 15 minutes. Place chicken in a heavy-duty plastic bag and pour about 1 cup of sauce into the bag. Seal the bag and let stand in the refrigerator at least 30 minutes (overnight if you would like). Place remainder of the sauce into an air-tight container to be used to brush onto the chicken while grilling. Remove the chicken from the plastic bag and discard the bag and sauce remaining. Place chicken brests on medium heat grill. Brush top side with additional sauce and cook for about 10 minutes. Turn and coat the cooked side with additional sauce. Continue turning and adding sauce until chicken is done. (For boneless chicken approximately 7-10 minutes per side, for bone-in chicken add additional 5-7 minutes per side).
