Bbq Ribs
- THE SAUCE
- 2 cups ketchup
- 1/2 cup cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp chipotle powder
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 1 tsp Tabasco sauce
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp garlic, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1 oz bourbon
- THE RUB
- 2 tbsp Montreal Steak seasoning
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tbsp freshly ground pepper
- 1 tbsp granulated garlic
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 2 tbsp sweet paprika
- 2 tsp chile powder
- 1 tsp each fresh thyme and rosemary
- Brush or rub meat with sauce, then roll in rub mixture.
- Wrap in plastic and refrigerate overnight.
- Pre-heat grill to 200 F. Place meat on grill and cook slowly, turning every 15 minutes. Cook to internal temperature of 145 F.
