Bbq Ribs

  1. Brush or rub meat with sauce, then roll in rub mixture.
  2. Wrap in plastic and refrigerate overnight.
  3. Pre-heat grill to 200 F. Place meat on grill and cook slowly, turning every 15 minutes. Cook to internal temperature of 145 F.
