Lasagna

  1. 1.Brown sausage, drain fat.
  2. 2. Add diced tomato, garlic, basil, salt, sugar, and tomato paste with 1 cup of water.
  3. 3. Cover and simmer for 2 to 4 hours. Stir often.
  4. 4. Preheat oven 375u0b0
  5. 5. Beat eggs.
  6. 6. Add ricotta, parmesan and parsley.
  7. 7. Cook pasta in gently boiling water for 9 minutes. Drain
  8. 8. Layer a 13 by 9 by 2-inch pan:
  9. - Lasagna noodles
  10. - Ricotta mixture
  11. - Meat sauce
  12. - Mozzarella
  13. 9. Repeat.
  14. 10. Bake for 30 minutes
  15. 11. Set aside for 10 minutes before slicing.
  16. Tastes great with cheap rose and garlic bread.
