Johnsonville Sausage Skillet Dinner
- 12 oz. Johnsonville pork sausage links
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1/3 c. onion, chopped
- 1/3 c. green pepper, chopped
- 4 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen, shredded hash browns
- 1/3 c. milk
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- In large skillet, brown sausage links.temove from pan and cut
- into 1/2-inch pieces.taute green pepper, onions and mushrooms in
- butter.
- Remove
- from pan.
- Add oil to pan; heat until hot.tdd
- potatoes.trown;turn
- and
- spread to cover bottom of pan.
- Blend
- eggs
- and
- milk
- in small bowl and pour over potatoes.
- Reduce
- heat to low.
- Add sausages and sauteed mixture.
- Cover until eggs are set.
- Uncover and sprinkle with cheese.
- Cover
- until
- melted
- and serve in wedges.
- Also good for brunch or breakfast.
