Grilled Pineapple Burgers

  1. Mix ground beef, salad dressing, salt and pepper.
  2. Shape into 8 patties, 3-inch in diameter.
  3. Press pineapple slice into each patty.
  4. Wrap each patty with bacon slice; secure with wooden pick.
  5. Mix barbecue sauce, brown sugar, honey and lemon juice. Place patties in 13 x 9 x 2-inch dish.
  6. Pour barbecue mixture on patties.
  7. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
  8. Grill patties, pineapple sides down 4 inches from hot coals 12 to 15 minutes. Turn, brush with barbecue mixture.
  9. Grill 10 to 15 minutes.
  10. Heat remaining barbecue mixture; serve with patties.
  11. Yield: 8 servings.
